Tuesday Delivery
- Cut-off: Friday 11AM – Monday 11AM
Saturday Delivery
- Cut-off: Monday 11AM – Friday 11AM
Important Notes
- Cut-off timing ensures freshness and quality
- Orders placed after cut-off will be scheduled for the next available slot
- Please ensure someone is available to receive the order
- Perishable items will not be left unattended
DELIVERY REWARDS

- No fixed delivery schedule
- Delivered based on courier timing
- Suitable for non-perishable items only

Order Issues
- Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order
- Please provide order number and photo for review
Perishable Items (Bakes & Pastries)
- No returns or exchanges once delivered
- Due to food safety reasons
If items are damaged or incorrect, we will review and provide a suitable resolution.
Non-Perishable Items (Tea, Oils, Tools)
- Returns accepted within 3 days
- Items must be unused and in original condition
Donation Campaign Items
- Non-refundable
- Non-exchangeable
